VSCAN Cancellation Policy:
When we book an appointment, we reserve a time especially for you and your pet. For this reason, we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of part or all of the service amount.
